We are planning a trip this fall driving from Rome to Lyon. We would like to stop somewhere between Torino and Lyon and recharge for a day or 2 in a hot springs spa.
On your way there are 2 spas. Aix les Bains, next to a nice lake or if you want to make a little longer way out, Uriage les Bains, next to Grenoble and the olympic ski resorts...
